Personalization is not enough. Websites need to predict.

Most website personalization starts with a description of the visitor: their company, channel, industry, or a segment they once entered. That is useful context. It is not intent.

Intent happens in the session. A visitor who opens integration details, returns to pricing, and pauses at implementation requirements is telling you something more specific than their job title ever could. The question is whether a website can notice the pattern early enough to help.

One constrained change

Prediction-aware UI does not generate a new website on every click. It makes one bounded change: surface implementation proof, clarify a CTA, or move the answer to the question the visitor is already asking.

The work is empirical

The useful questions are straightforward: which signals matter, how quickly intent can be inferred, and whether the resulting change creates meaningful conversion lift. Adapt My Page is beginning with focused pilots precisely because those questions deserve an honest answer.
